About The Doctor.
I was asked to assist a local attorney defend one of the first legal
challenges to the new Medical Marijuana law in Michigan (It is important to
note over 65% of Michigan's voting public voted to make Marijuana legal for
certain medical conditions). My job was to interpret the medical language of
the law that was so typical to my profession. I also was asked to assess the
doctor's records and see if he completed the proper documentation required
by the new law. The physician made so many errors documenting the patient's
chronic condition they appealed the case based on errors the doctor made. I
used my courtroom experience to create a certification process that covers
all the errors doctors so frequently make. you can now legally use Marijuana
